This is a form to sign up to receive free hot cooked meals, or for someone else you are
referring to receive meals with OX4 Free Food Crew during the Pandemic. Meals can be picked up from our cafe on Tuesday and Thursday and from Flo's on Wednesday and Saturday. We are a partnership
between Waste2Taste, Ark-T & Flo's - The Place in the Park. Set up in the
Spring to alleviate food poverty for people affected by COVID-19. Our organisations are passionate about ensuring that those most in need at this time can receive the warmth, love and comfort which
comes from healthy home-cooked food. We currently only have the capacity to cover people in the OX4 postcode in Oxford City, but please do not hesitate in getting in touch anyway. We will try our
best to help! The free meals are aimed towards people who are facing food poverty, isolating, the elderly, single parents and people who are unable to leave their homes. If you are a professional
referring someone that you support, please be aware that this will not replace the support that you have been providing or the support they already have in place. If you are not able to refer online

If you are able to volunteer to help deliver the meals to families around OX4 please sign up
We will look to increase delivery according to demand and funding. Initially we will make and distribute 300 delicious hot meals a week and work with referral partners,
including Donnington Doorstep, Oxford Hub #oxfordtogether who will prioritise families and elderly people in need. Now is a time for deeper collaboration between organisations and now is the time to work intensively at a local level
to make a difference. Massive THANK YOU to Oxford Food Bank , Bucksum farm, Pickle & Lime, Oxford Sandy Lane Farm for the amazing surplus donated and to Julia Happy Cakes for the delicious treats. Beautiful organisations that enable all of this possible :) Our lovely friends Florence Park Community Centre are cooking delicious meals too on Friday. Please email email@example.com or call
07864028591 if you wish to order. Together we are covering 5 days in the week! Together we are feeding people with nourishing meals, Together we are feeding people with hope and with community
spirit. We are ensuring OX4 comes through this together, strong, healthy and loved.
A note on food and COVID-19: There is currently no evidence to suggest that transmission occurs through the foodborne route. We are scrupulous about food hygiene and always do everything we can
to maintain our 5-star hygiene rating. All our packaging is biodegradable/recyclable : please dispose of it responsibly. We recommend people either move it to another dish, discard packaging and
re-heat OR freeze it for use another day.
Many of you have been asking how you can contribute to our ongoing free meals
We really appreciate your help and consideration.
If you wish to donate to help with the costs of supplying these meals you can do so via our Paypal account on
Paypal.me/FoodwithAConscience or to our Bank account.
